Empowerment Series
for Women
A hands-on life skills program designed for women who are ready to rebuild their lives with confidence, courage, and community.
From Surviving to Thriving:
A Life-Changing Journey
with Horses
This 8–12 week series supports women who are moving forward after trauma, abuse, exploitation, incarceration, homelessness, or other life transitions. Through the honest and non-judgmental feedback of horses, participants learn to trust themselves again, reconnect with their inner strength, and discover new possibilities for their future.
All activities are done safely on the ground, where horses act as partners and teachers. Their authentic, in-the-moment responses provide powerful lessons that traditional classrooms simply can’t replicate.
No horseback riding is required.
Women walk away not just with skills, but with unforgettable experiences that stay with them long after they leave the arena.

A life skills development series designed to empower women in their life journeys, helping them to move forward with confidence and reclaim their power by building critical life skills that are paralleled back to their own worlds in a safe and unique environment!

What Women Gain from the Program
Working with horses creates unforgettable memories and real breakthroughs.
The lessons learned in the arena naturally translate back into everyday life; from relationships, to choices, to navigating challenges. Women don’t just talk about change here. They live it in the moment, with horses reflecting back their strength, resilience, and capacity to grow. Each week focuses on a specific life skill, building layer by layer as participants grow in confidence and clarity. By the end of the series, women will have:
-
Learned how to match inner thoughts with outward actions
-
Practiced making healthy choices without force or pressure
-
Gained tools for building trust and healthy relationships
-
Experienced the courage it takes to step into change
-
Discovered the leader within themselves
-
Strengthened decision-making and problem-solving skills
-
Found the power of patience, presence, and persistence
-
Experienced the joy of teamwork and the value of trust
-
Grown in responsibility, accountability, and integrity
-
Had a whole lot of fun while doing it!
Programs are intentionally small to ensure safety, connection, and individualized growth. Reach out today to learn more about bringing this experience to your women’s group or organization.

“Today I learned that instead of always taking from others, I have the ability to help others as well. I also need to learn to not just shove people aside, because of me thinking that they don’t have the ability to teach me something. When every person has something to offer.”
~ Adult Female Client
Our last day... was so much fun! The program for the day was Red Light Green Light which was about focus and moving forward in life, while learning to pay attention to our surroundings. The women had to work their way through the obstacles while keeping their eye on their goal. This concept had a powerful impact on the ladies as they could apply it to so many places in their lives such as past criminal history, impulsive behaviours and relationships they didn't feel they had full power over."
